Following continued growth in South Australia, we are now expanding into Queensland with a new Brisbane office and are looking for experienced mortgage brokers to join our team in Adelaide or Brisbane.

Build a business you own

We want our brokers to have the opportunity to build genuine long-term value from the business they develop.

Brokers within our model retain ownership of the loan book they build, subject to the terms of their broker agreement, giving you the opportunity to grow your own client base, recurring trail income and long-term business asset.

You will have the independence to build your own broking business while benefiting from the infrastructure, lender relationships, systems and support of an established national brokerage and high-performing team.

About the role

This is a commission-based opportunity for an experienced and self-driven Mortgage Broker who wants to build and grow their own business while benefiting from an established team, strong referral opportunities and comprehensive operational support.

You will manage and grow your own client relationships while working alongside an experienced team that can assist with credit, processing, compliance, systems and business development.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and managing your own client base and loan book.

• Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their financial position, objectives and lending requirements.

• Researching and recommending suitable lending solutions across a broad lender panel.

• Managing clients through the lending process from initial consultation through to approval and settlement.

• Developing long-term relationships with clients, accountants, real estate professionals and other referral partners.

• Maintaining high standards of compliance and client service.

• Working collaboratively with our broking and support teams and contributing to the continued growth of HUGE Wealth Partners.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years' mortgage broking experience, with experienced and established brokers strongly encouraged to apply.

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

• Strong lending knowledge and the ability to structure and present quality applications.

• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

• Sound understanding of mortgage broking compliance and regulatory requirements.

• A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach.

• A strong desire to develop your own client base and build a long-term broking business.

• The motivation and discipline to succeed in a commission-based environment.

• Australian work authorisation at the time of application.
