About The Role

Our customers don’t just use Epicor Kinetic. With the right partner beside them, they continue to realise value from it year after year.

\n

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to be that partner.

\n

This is a newly created role within our Business Development team and an exciting opportunity to shape the future of customer success at Precise. You’ll become the trusted advocate for our ERP customers, helping them maximise value from their Epicor investment while ensuring they remain engaged, supported and successful long after implementation is complete.

This isn’t a sales role. It’s about customer retention, advocacy, relationship management and helping customers achieve better business outcomes. Your deep understanding of your customers will also help identify opportunities where Precise can deliver even greater value.

• Build and maintain strong relationships across our ERP customer base
\n
• Lead customer onboarding and support smooth transitions from implementation to ongoing support
\n
• Conduct regular customer engagement activities, reviews and health checks
\n
• Manage annual customer renewals and retention activities
\n
• Act as the customer’s advocate and escalation point when required
\n
• Help customers maximise adoption and value from Epicor Kinetic and related solutions
\n
• Identify opportunities for additional services, products and improvements
\n
• Coordinate customer satisfaction initiatives, including NPS surveys
\n
• Develop customer advocates, testimonials and case studies
\n
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
\n
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Consulting and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

About You

\n

Essential Experience

\n

\n
• Experience in a Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services role
\n
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
\n
• Experience managing corporate or business customers
\n
• Ability to understand customer challenges and facilitate practical solutions
\n
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
\n
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
\n
• Permanent Australian working rights and the ability to work from our Perth office
\n

Highly regarded

\n

\n
• Experience within enterprise software, ERP or B2B SaaS environments
\n
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Epicor Kinetic or similar platforms
\n
• Understanding of business processes within manufacturing, distribution, defence or aged care sectors
\n
• Experience managing customer renewals and retention programs
\n
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, IT or a related discipline
\n
