We’re looking for a highly organised, polished and proactive receptionist to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, confident and enjoys being the person who keeps things running smoothly.
You’ll ideally have:
Previous experience in a reception, administration, office coordination or assistant role, whilst this is not essential it would be helpful.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional and friendly manner with clients, visitors and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
The initiative to identify what needs to be done and get on with it.
A genuine interest in supporting a busy property management and sales team.
Above all, we are seeking a dependable, proactive individual who can step up as a trusted right hand.

You’ll work closely with experienced Property Managers and Sales Agents and gain valuable insight into how property management and sales works and become an important part of the team’s success.
