Permanent Educator | Fernvale About the Role \n

We’re looking for a warm, dedicated and reliable Permanent Educator to join our team at Journey Early Learning Fernvale.

\n

In this role, you’ll support children across their learning and development, creating engaging, play-based experiences where they can build confidence, explore their interests and feel a strong sense of belonging.

\n

You’ll build meaningful relationships with children and families, contribute to daily routines and learning experiences, and work alongside a supportive team within our close-knit, community-focused centre.

\n

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, across Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities \n

• Support engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
\n
• Create safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environments
\n
• Support children’s individual learning, development and wellbeing
\n
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
\n
• Contribute to observations, planning and documentation
\n
• Work collaboratively with educators and the Centre Leadership Team
\n
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and care
\n

About You \n

\n
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
\n
• Completed National Child Safety Training
\n
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
\n
• Warm, caring and relationship-focused approach
\n
• Reliable, positive and team-oriented
\n
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
\n
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
\n
