Content Creator / Digital Marketer - 3 days per week | Remote or Hybrid \n

Inerva Software is looking for a creative, digitally savvy marketer who can help us tell our story and grow our presence online.

\n

We're a growing Australian SaaS business providing software to the aged care sector. We're looking for someone who can take ideas and turn them into great content, engaging campaigns and measurable digital results.

\n

This is a hands‑on role with plenty of autonomy. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and the broader business to build Inerva's brand, content and digital presence.

What you'll do \n

\n
• Create content across LinkedIn, website, email and other digital channels to engage with business leaders in the aged care industry
\n
• Write blogs, articles, customer stories and thought‑leadership content
\n
• Create and manage social media and email campaigns
\n
• Develop digital assets, landing pages and marketing collateral
\n
• Manage the content calendar and keep our digital channels fresh
\n
• Track performance and use insights to improve what we do
\n

What we're looking for \n

\n
• Experience in B2B content creation and digital marketing
\n
• Excellent writing and communication skills
\n
• Strong understanding of social media, email, SEO and digital marketing
\n
• Creative skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe
\n
• A good eye for what makes BRB content engaging
\n
• Commercially minded, organised and comfortable working autonomously
\n
• Experience in SaaS, technology or community services is a bonus
\n
• Exposure to residential aged care is a double plus bonus!!
\n
• Experience with Hubspot would be beneficial
\n

The role \n

3 days per week, remote (or Hybrid if you are in Sydney)

\n

Initial 4-month contract with potential to move to a permanent position if it's a great fit for both of us.

\n
