Salary \n

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.

About the role \n

As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go‑to and support for the store's senior leadership team. You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. By leading by example, you'll work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well‑oiled machine. Get ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact!

Responsibilities \n

• Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
\n
• Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
\n
• Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
\n
• Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
\n
• Managing and coordinating stock effectively
\n

Qualifications & Requirements \n

\n
• The ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback, so as to bring the best out of your team
\n
• To be results driven and a team player
\n
• Be approachable and confident, creating positive experiences when interacting with our customers
\n
• Have an eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products
\n
• To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
\n
• Availability Tuesday-Saturday (Friday and Saturday night availability a must)
\n

• You must be age 15 or over to apply for a role at Bunnings.
