Summary:

The Strategic Partnerships Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our banking operations in Australia. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the banking industry and demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills to foster collaboration and innovation within the sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and market presence.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the banking sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into existing business operations.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences to promote partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related role within the banking industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
