\nAbout the Role \n
\n

BaptistCare is seeking an organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our 85-bed Residential Aged Care facility in Busselton. In this role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of the site while ensuring our residents remain at the centre of everything we do.

\n
\n

Roster: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm (no weekends)

\n
\nKey Responsibilities \n
\n

\n
\n
• First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
\n
\n
• Manage administrative aspects of resident admissions and discharges, including applications and wait lists.
\n
\n
• Process accounts receivable/payable, place purchase orders, and manage office supplies.
\n
\n
• General administration: filing, mail, data entry, word processing, minute taking, photocopying.
\n
\n
• Maintain records to meet internal/external reporting requirements.
\n
\n
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for travel, accommodation, and catering bookings.
\n
\n
• Develop and improve administrative processes.
\n
\n
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health policies and Baptistcare's Code of Conduct.
\n
\n
• Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement.
\n
\n

• Experience in administration or reception
\n
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and admin systems
\n
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
\n
• Ability to manage competing priorities
