Southern Cross Community Healthcare – Taree NSW
We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide care and assistance a 17-year-old woman with a Traumatic Brain Injury. This care will help her to remain living independently at home with her family.
While your skills/qualifications and experience tell us part of your story, your values, attitude, and cultural alignment with Southern Cross are essential.
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
Wednesdays 6:45am – 8:45am (fortnightly)
Thursdays 7:00am – 9:00am
Fridays 7:00am - 9:00am
Shift times change during school holidays:
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm and 3.30pm - 7.30pm
Southern Cross has been arranging support for people in their communities throughout NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, and ACT since 1984. We arrange the provision of an extensive range of aged support and disability services for people in their private home and community.
