About the role \n

We have a full time hybrid opportunity for a Customer Service and Sales Consultant at our Pacific Fair, Broadbeach store. You may also be requested to work at our Helensvale kiosk to support your wider team.

\n

This role includes aflexible rotating roster working Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday work. The working hours rotate between 8am-8pm and rostered hours after 5pm will be working from home shifts.

As the face of Medibank in your area, you will: \n

• Help customers choose the right health cover and services.
\n
• Support them across multiple channels - in-store, over the phone, online, and in the community.
\n
• Build lasting relationships and trust through personalised conversations.
\n
• Solve everyday challenges and share ideas to improve how we work.
\n

Internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant, you will be a part of a geographically based, cross-functional teams, with a shared goal to build stronger community connections, deepen trust, and deliver more personalised support in your area.

What we're looking for \n

You don't need health insurance experience - we'll teach you that. If you have skills in customer service, sales, health, retail, or community engagement, you could be a great addition to our team.
