The Logistics and Operations Lead is responsible for leading the physical logistics, warehouse readiness and operational preparation of Social Exposure's events and activations. The role ensures equipment, consumables, vehicles, warehouse systems and physical event requirements are organised, tested and ready for deployment. It provides senior hands‑on leadership across warehouse activity, major event preparation, complex bump-ins and pack-downs, while coordinating and overseeing the work performed by the Warehouse & Event Support role.
