The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead our market-leading Allergic Rhinitis prescription nasal spray and play a pivotal role in the launch of a new OTC brand that will accelerate growth across the Allergy portfolio.

This is an exciting time to join the business as we prepare to bring an innovative brand to the OTC market. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the launch strategy, drive pharmacy channel activation, and establish the brand as a leading choice for pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and consumers.

Reporting directly to the Associate Director, Allergy & Eyecare, this Melbourne-based role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategy across both prescription and consumer healthcare channels, driving brand performance while delivering meaningful outcomes for patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute insight-led brand strategies and marketing plans to maximise portfolio growth and performance.
• Lead the OTC launch strategy, including customer engagement, channel activation and commercial execution.
• Drive pharmacy recommendation through education programs that enhance pharmacist and pharmacy assistant confidence and advocacy.
• Develop strategies to increase shelf visibility, optimise ranging opportunities and strengthen in-store presence across key pharmacy banner groups and retailers.
• Create consumer marketing initiatives that build awareness, encourage self-selection and drive conversion at shelf.
• Identify growth opportunities through analysis of market trends, customer insights and business performance.
• Manage forecasts, budgets and investments to maximise return on investment.
• Equip field teams with compelling tools, resources and training to support customer engagement and execution excellence.
• Build strategic partnerships with pharmacy groups, industry stakeholders and key customers to strengthen brand presence and accelerate growth.
• Collaborate closely with Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams to deliver successful brand outcomes.
• Lead the development of integrated multi-channel campaigns that drive customer engagement and consumer demand.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline
• 7+ years' healthcare experience with3+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry
• Experience in managing OTC Pharmaceuticals highly regarded
• Experience in a range of commercial roles in multiple therapy areas, sales experience valued
• Highly strategic and commercially minded
• Agile, adaptable, and responsive to change
