Are you an experienced Roster Coordinator and a natural organiser who thrives on keeping a busy team running like clockwork? As Roster Coordinator, reporting to the Residential Manager, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role ensuring residents receive consistent, reliable care by making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
This is a genuine opportunity to bring your rostering expertise to an organisation where every shift you fill directly supports the wellbeing of older Australians and their families. You will be responsible for the rostering of RNs, EEN, PCA's, Laundry and Kitchen staff. The current system is Humanforce but will be transitioning to UKG in the next 6 months. No two days are the same - you'll balance operational rostering, payroll support and a touch of reception and admin, all while working closely with clinical and support teams with a very happy workplace culture.
This is a part-time (4 days per week), on-site position based in Melbourne's leafy Boroondara.
