About the role:

\n

Join our growing Rock Processing team as a Product Support Specialist - Crushing and play a key role in supporting customers across Oceania. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with customer engagement, travel and problem-solving, while working alongside a highly experienced and supportive team.

\n

In this role, you will provide expert technical support across the Sandvik Crushing & Screening product range, helping customers maximise equipment performance, reliability and productivity.

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Provide technical support, both remotely and on site, for escalated issues relating to Sandvik Crushing & Screening equipment.
\n
• Provide expert technical support for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of equipment.
\n
• Deliver technical training to customers, internal stakeholders and other relevant teams.
\n
• Act as the regional escalation point for complex technical issues across Oceania.
\n
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure customers receive a high level of service, with issues responded to promptly and resolved effectively.
\n
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering practical, value-focused solutions.
\n

A little about you:

\n

While we offer training and development, we are looking for someone with the following skills to ensure you are set up for success:

\n

\n
• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineer or Trade certificate (Boiler maker or Fitter)
\n
• Demonstrated practical experience (minimum 3 years) working on fixed Plant Mining Equipment
\n
• Experience working on Crushing & Screening related Products
\n
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
\n
• Understanding of mechanical and hydraulic principles to be able to provide technical support for maintenance issues and operational issues
\n
