  No weekend hours - Work-Life balance - We are open Monday through Friday. This suits our team to have the most balanced life with our 2 evenings to 8pm offering our guests a peak time booking that is not on a weekend. After 12 years in business & a huge guest following to book out our weekdays this allows us the choice of no weekend work.

  Dalliance salon hours :

  \n

  Mon, Thur & Fri - 9.30am - 5pm

  \n

  Tue & Wed - 9.30am - 8pm

  Christmas / New year Break We finish each year on the 23/12 & Reopen around the 7/1 - to spend time relaxing with family/ friends.

\n

  Flexible working hours - Our stylists set their own schedule. We review every 6 months if our team want to make changes to their days.

\n
• \n

  We have 2 positions available- a Full time or Permanent Part time role (min 4 days) available for an immediate start.

\n
• \n

  Competitive salary package Hourly rate $31 - $38 per hour & bonus / commission structure fortnightly. The Pay rate is dependent on your qualifications, experience & other tasks taken on in salon - fulfilling the role requirements at our career progression levels of a Stylist, Senior stylist, Master stylist or Executive stylist at Dalliance.

  We are a fully booked salon with a running waitlist of guests wanting to book in.

At Dalliance Hair Studio , we offer a peaceful, boutique salon experience & are looking for 2 Stylists that also offer a high level of professional hair service, are very organised , love working as part of a team and are passionate about making people feel amazing!

This level of experience \"wows\" our guests and turns them into long term loyal customers- some of which have been with us for 12 years!

We pride ourselves on working together seamlessly as a team, with all team members contributing to opening / closing the salon & adding to our caring work culture by creating calm days together in salon.

\n

To ensure an easy flow in our days, We also have a Front of house team to take care of the front desk, appointment scheduling / greeting / checking out Dalliance guests.

About the role \n

  Advanced & standard hair coloring services (incl. transformation colour work, foiling, balayage, global colours etc. )

\n
• \n

  Providing high-quality haircuts/ styles - all lengths and genders & high quality finish to services for all guests in allocated timings

\n
• \n

  Offering a thorough consult to all salon guests using an online consult form to understand their hair needs & preferences and create a hair journey for them.

\n
• \n

  Posting & creating content to social media - not essential but this is rewarded in our pay level structure

\n
• \n

  Other tasks can include if interested: - Salon product ordering - stocktakes - front window display / merchandise (making the salon beautiful / fresh) and social media creation. These roles are added if a team member wants to assist in a task and this is then taken into account for our teams individual hourly rates of pay.

What we're looking for \n

  Full Australian working rights essential (we cannot provide sponsorship at this time )

\n
• \n

  Relevant hairdressing qualification/s - Cert II, Cert III, Diploma etc.

\n
• \n

  Candidates must hold a Certificate II, Certificate III, Diploma, or equivalent hairdressing qualification.

\n
• \n

  Min. 4 years hair industry experience ( All genders cutting, all lengths stylecut & styling )

\n
• \n

  A passion for highlighting/balayage techniques - we do a lot of colour work!

\n
• \n

  Ability to work and plan your day in a organised way, autonomously & as part of our team

\n
• \n

  Hair Ups or beauty/makeup experience an advantage but not essential
