What You’ll Be Doing

• Servicing both metro and regional customers via phone and email with product information, promotional offers and manage customer relationships.


• Providing a sales support function for customers and field sales team.


• Provide quality trade counter face to face customer service.


• Manage a list of local customers to drive sales.


• Offering innovative solutions to our customer’s needs


• Develop a full understanding of our product range through team training.


• Ability to be adaptable to workplace daily requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Providing great customer experience.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Customer first focused with a friendly phone manner.


• Attention to detail paired with effective time management.


• Reliable, hardworking and solution focused.


• Ability to help the warehouse and lift stock as required.


• Confidence in using different types of software platforms and systems, in particular MS Excel and Outlook


• Experience from within the Pool industry preferrable but not essential
