Senior Contracts Administrator

Working with our owners, commercial team and site supervisors, you'll take ownership of subcontractor procurement, scopes, tender comparisons and letting, contracts, progress claims, variations and final accounts, budgets, cost reporting and forecasting, and drawing reviews, scope gaps and coordination with site teams.

About you \n

• Several solid years in commercial or industrial contracts administration operating at senior level or ready to step up
\n
• Strong structural knowledge is essential
\n
• Tilt-panel experience is highly regarded
\n
• Understand drawings, trade interfaces and construction sequencing
\n
• Negotiate confidently and follow things through
\n
• Strong salary and significant performance bonuses, linked to agreed targets

• Support from an experienced commercial team
