About the role
As Business Manager, Co-op Community Clinics, you will drive the operational success, sustainability and growth of Federation University's multidisciplinary teaching clinics. You will oversee business performance, governance, quality and service improvement, while strengthening partnerships that expand community impact and enhance student learning.
Working with academic and clinical leaders, you will identify business opportunities, develop partnerships, business cases and funding proposals, and implement systems that strengthen efficiency, consistency and long-term sustainability. You will also help grow community engagement, improve client experience and supporting innovative models of service delivery.

Reporting to the Deputy Dean you will have demonstrated experience in operational and business management within a complex service environment, including planning, service development and improving performance. You will draw on your knowledge and experience in health services operations to identifying and develop opportunities that support service and business growth.
