ABOUT THE JOB

\n

We are currently seeking aRegistered Nurse to join ourHealthcare Nutrition team as aHomecare Nurse Manager. This is afield-based, part-time, permanent opportunity (0.6 FTE, 3 days per week).

\n

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring our Homecare strategy to life by developing actionable key account plans and proactively identifying market opportunities and risks. You will maintain strong clinical expertise in enteral feeding and play a key role in enhancing the Nutricia Nursing Service by contributing to service development and recommending improvements based on your experience.

\n

Your Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Facilitating Patient Discharge: Coordinate and support the transition of patients requiring home enteral nutrition, including comprehensive training on feeding pumps.
\n
• Delivering Clinical Support: Provide education, troubleshooting, and ongoing nurse support to key customers and HENS patients using Nutricia products.
\n
• Promoting Patient Independence: Assist patients to remain safe and self-sufficient at home while managing feeding via a tube.
\n
• Maintaining Clinical Standards: Perform essential clinical tasks such as gastrostomy tube changes, stoma care, and all aspects of home enteral feeding.
\n
• Driving Homecare Strategy: Execute strategic initiatives with key stakeholders to strengthen Nutricia's homecare offering.
\n
• Managing Key Accounts: Lead contract review meetings and proactively engage targeted healthcare professionals to bridge the gap between hospital and community care.
\n
• Supporting Commercial Objectives: Act as a critical enabler for tenders and contracts, helping to secure Nutricia's position and prevent competitor use during discharge planning and delivering upon Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) specific to the role

About You

ABOUT YOU

\n

You are aRegistered Nurse with strong relationship-building skills and commercial acumen. You thrive on partnering with patients and healthcare professionals, balancing excellent patient outcomes with business objectives. Self-motivated and adaptable, you build trust, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful results.

\n

Ideally, you will have:

\n

\n
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, along with a valid driver's license; Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
\n
• At least 2 years of experience in nursing and sales, preferably with experience working within hospital, community care, NDIS, Aged Care sectors and recent experience or a willingness to develop and refine your skillset in enteral nutrition.
\n
• A proven track record in roles such as Homecare Nurse Manager, Nurse Educator, or similar positions in health, nutrition, or corporate environments.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of the hospital, aged care, and homecare sectors, including funding models and state tender processes.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation, sales reporting, and the use of information systems and contact center technologies.
\n
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
\n
• Current Australian Federal Police and Working with Children checks.
\n
