About the Role
As the Work Coordinator Senior, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating maintenance and capital work execution activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with site schedules and asset management strategies. Working closely with Schedulers, Reliability Engineers, Planners and operational teams, you will help drive schedule compliance, optimise resource utilisation and support the successful delivery of maintenance and capital programs.
This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for coordinating breakdowns, shutdowns and planned work activities while providing guidance and support to execution teams. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, asset reliability outcomes and best‑practice work management processes, helping to maximise the Distilleries performance and productivity.
