About This Opportunity

Our Port Lincoln store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and lead the store's dairy & freezer department.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• Grocery or dairy/freezer retail knowledge
• Ability to supervise team members
• Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
• Unparalleled commitment to customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to liaise with both team members and management
• A flair for merchandising
• Commitment to work health and safety standards
