We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Educational Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds Brighton Le Sands (51-place centre).

About The Role

As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving educational excellence across the centre by mentoring educators, guiding curriculum development, and promoting best practice in early childhood education.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside educators to support high-quality programming, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure every child receives meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional support
• Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
• Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Previous experience mentoring or leading educators within an Early Childhood setting
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for inspiring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
