About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will lead the overall operation of the service, ensuring a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for children, families, and educators.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of educators and leaders.
• Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework.
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Manage centre operations, compliance requirements, budgets, and occupancy growth.
• Mentor and support educators to deliver exceptional educational outcomes.
• Champion child safety, wellbeing, and positive workplace culture.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.

About You

You are an inspiring leader who is passionate about early education and dedicated to empowering others.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting.
• Strong understanding of compliance, quality, and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and strong family relationships.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
