About the Role

This is a dynamic role for someone who loves variety in their day. You'll move between supporting our customers online, and welcoming customers into our showroom. No two days look exactly the same, and that's what makes it great.

What You'll Be Doing
\n
Online Customer Service: Responding to customer enquiries via email, chat, and social channels with warmth, efficiency, and expert care.
\n
Showroom Sales & Styling: Welcoming customers into our showroom and creating a warm and genuine, yet premium experience; sharing your styling expertise to help each customer find what works for her.
\n
Order Support: Supporting all areas of the order process including packing orders.
\n
Customer Advocacy: Escalating any complex issues to the relevant team member and following up to close the loop seamlessly.
\n
Team Support: Pitching in across the business with ad-hoc tasks and supporting our close-knit, collaborative team wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For
\n
Retail Fashion Customer Service Experience: We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in retail fashion customer service, bringing deep experience in styling, sizing, and client care. Online fashion customer service experience is a bonus!
\n
Omnichannel Communicator: Equally comfortable writing warm, engaging responses online and having confident conversations face-to-face.
\n
Natural Communicator: Warm and attentive, with a strong instinct for listening first and putting people at ease.
\n
Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You take real pride in doing things properly and making every customer interaction count.
\n
Fashion enthusiasm: An active interest in fashion or swimwear is a major plus!
\n

Experience with Shopify and Gorgias is preferred
\n
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work across different areas of the business.

This is a part-time position, based at our Wooloowin, Brisbane office.
