As our Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in leading safe, consistent and high-performing operations across our aquatic venues.
You will lead our Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams, champion a strong safety culture, and oversee risk, compliance, incident management and team development. Working closely with the City of Greater Dandenong, contractors and internal stakeholders, you will also support facility maintenance, cleaning, security, capital works and operational performance.
You will play an important role in preparing for the opening of the new Oasis Aquatics and Wellbeing Centre in 2027, supporting operational readiness, workforce capability and the transition from our existing facility.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced aquatic operations leader who combines strong people leadership with practical expertise in pool safety, risk management and facility operations.
