Facilities Manager

Your New Role

We are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Facilities Manager to join our supportive Facilities team in managing our new high-quality building and apartments in Albert Park. Set to open in 2027, this role will form part of our pre-opening team and will commence from early December 2026.

This is an exciting role with a diverse range of activities, you will be someone that jumps in to work through issues, has good attention to detail, strong communication skills and takes pride in quality and standards. You'll be self-motivated and proactive, a team player and able to consistently provide exceptional customer service to residents, contractors and visitors.

As the Facilities Manager, you'll be solution focused, innovative, analytical and logical in your thinking and approach to problem solving. You can work autonomously and, in a team.

You will use your all-round skills to:

coordinate maintenance requests

coordinate preventative maintenance

coordinate contractors

manage the on-site maintenance team

assist with inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials and supplies

support contractor management, WHS and compliance requirement, including ensuring all works are compliant to Australian standards

perform regular safety checks and audits and report potential safety hazards adhering to all company safety policies, practices and regulations.

assist with incident reporting and rectification

support CapEx projects

Working alongside a supportive and inclusive team, you'll be exposed to all areas of facilities management. Together as a team, we take immense pride in our buildings to provide a sustainable, safe and highly operational environment for residents and this ethos runs right across the company.
