Sydney preferred | Hybrid working | Base salary ranging from $85,000 - $95,000 + competitive performance incentives
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who knows the locum nursing market and wants to help build something exceptional.
You’ll join a supportive, ambitious team that values collaboration, high standards and long-term relationships. You’ll take ownership of established nursing desks with strong growth potential while helping us expand into new markets and develop a high-performing healthcare recruitment team.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, shape the future of the business and progress into a senior or leadership position as we grow.
You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, connecting qualified nurses with hospitals and aged care facilities across metropolitan, regional, rural and remote Australia.
Your portfolio will include:
Alongside managing established business, you’ll have the autonomy and support to develop new client relationships, enter new markets and potentially build a permanent clinical recruitment desk.
Direct locum nursing recruitment experience is essential for this position.
You’ll have:
Experience recruiting clinical professionals for permanent positions would be highly regarded but is not essential.
Please note that applicants must have direct locum nursing recruitment experience to be considered.
