Getting out across Sydney every day, sparking genuine conversations with homeowners about solar and battery solutions
Qualifying real interest and booking consultations for our senior Solar and Battery Consultants
Working a dedicated territory with a structured daily plan, live coaching, and a competitive team around you
Hitting weekly targets and tracking your performance on live leaderboards in real time
Absorbing world-class sales training and applying it immediately in the field
Building a skill set in objection handling, rapport building, and closing that pays dividends for the rest of your career
$34.76/hr base plus super, paid weekly without fail
Uncapped commission on top, no ceiling, no cap, no politics
$70,000–$95,000 OTE with top performers consistently going well beyond that
