About the Opportunity: FCM Corporate Travel Consultant - Accommodation

We're looking for an Accommodation Consultant to manage bookings for a national rail company client. You'll be the point of contact customers trust to get it right - someone with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for great service.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year travel consulting experience, however this could also be an opportunity for the right candidate to step into Corporate Travel without a travel background and build up their experience. Our ideal candidate will understand what excellent service means for customers, and be business and travel industry oriented. You’ll like working in a team environment, but also comfortable working autonomously. You’re someone who enjoys being part of a company with a serious focus on keeping employees happy, productive and supported.

All About You:

• Minimum 1 year travel consulting experience (preferred but not essential — we'll consider candidates ready to build a career in corporate travel)
• A strong customer-service mindset and understanding of what "excellent" looks like
• Business acumen and an interest in the travel industry
• Comfortable working autonomously, but a true team player
• Someone who thrives in a workplace that genuinely invests in its people

Experience Desirable, but not Essential:

• Leisure or Corporate Travel Management
• Global Distribution System (GDS) - Sabre would be highly regarded!

What You'll Enjoy:

• 1st Year OTE $80,000 - $85,000 (comprising $55,000 base + uncapped monthly incentive) + super
• Training wage guarantee of $80,000pa + super for your first 6 months
