About the Role \n

As a Food, Beverage and Gaming Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a great experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

\n

We are looking for motivated, outgoing and reliable individuals with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality. The right candidates will take pride in delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment and helping us build on the reputation of Headlands Hotel as we embark on this exciting new chapter.

\n

These positions are casual, working to a roster which will include day, evening, weekend and public holiday shifts.

\n

Your overall responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while working confidently both independently and as part of a team. You will also be expected to maintain excellent grooming and presentation standards and communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues.

Skills and Experience \n

The successful candidates will have the following:

\n

\n
• Hospitality experience in a bar / gaming industry is preferable.
\n
• Display a permanent focus on service and customer experience.
\n
• Ability to learnthe tasks required for this role whilst following Front of House procedures.
\n
• Has a reliable, honest attitude and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment, whilst working as a team player.
\n
• The right candidates must have excellent communication skills and be professionally presented and groomed at all times.
\n
• Will hold relevant certificates including RSA and RSG.
\n
• Solid experience and strong understanding of TAB facilities.
\n
• Passionate, committed and responsible staff is what we are looking for, as well as those who can be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, public holidays
\n
• Functions and events experience is highly desirable, including weddings, parties, corporate events and other special occasions.
\n
• Available to commence immediately.
\n
