Hobsons Bay Physiotherapy is looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our growing team in Altona North. This is a flexible part‑time position of 20–25 hours per week, however full time positions may be available for the right applicant.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the day‑to‑day management and ongoing development of our practice, working closely with the Directors and clinical team to ensure the practice continues to run efficiently and successfully. The role offers flexible working hours, a degree of work‑from‑home flexibility and the opportunity to shape the role around your strengths and experience.
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day administrative, financial, and operational functions of the clinic, enabling our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of service delivery and supporting the strategic objectives of the business.
