Organisational Change Management Lead – ANZ Business Transformation
We’re embarking on a major ANZ business transformation, reshaping the way our teams work, our processes operate and how we enable our business for the future.
As the Organisational Change Management Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in making this transformation successful. Working alongside senior leaders and business teams across ANZ, you’ll lead the people and change agenda for a major transformation program, ensuring our organisation is ready to adopt new processes, ways of working and capabilities.
While SAP S/4HANA is an important enabler of the transformation, this is fundamentally a business change role, not an IT role.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in one of our major ANZ transformation initiatives influencing how our people work, how our processes operate and how the business is enabled for the future. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams, with the opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact across the organisation.
