This is a newly created role for an organised, tech-comfortable person who likes seeing a job through from start to finish. You'll look after our custom-made jewellery orders from first enquiry to the day the customer collects their piece, and you'll keep our website and online listings accurate and up to date.
You don't need jewellery industry experience. We'll teach you diamonds, gemstones and how jewellery is made. What we can't teach is being organised, following things up without being asked, and being comfortable with technology. If your background is administration, customer service, order or project coordination, ecommerce or retail, we'd like to hear from you.
You'll work closely with our Senior Sales Professional and the business owner, supported by our systems team and external specialists. As you settle into the role, you'll take on more ownership of the systems and processes behind this part of the business.
This is an on-site role based in our Mildura store.

Coordinate custom-made orders from enquiry to completion: consultations, quotes, design approvals, deposits, sourcing, production and delivery
Keep customers informed at every stage
Liaise with designers, jewellers, suppliers and production partners
Keep order records, timelines and documentation accurate
Chase outstanding actions before they become problems
Manage website products: descriptions, specifications, pricing and images (Shopify)
Maintain listings across our website and selected online marketplaces
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with technology and curious about how systems work
A clear, professional communicator, written and verbal
Able to juggle multiple orders and deadlines
Comfortable helping customers with significant, emotional purchases
Happy to take ownership and to ask when unsure
$70,000 - $80,000 plus performance bonus of up to $10,000
Full-time, Monday to Friday, plus two Saturday mornings a month (9:30 am - 2 pm). Saturday hours are paid as overtime or taken as time off during the week, your choice.
