DLA Piper's Tax Controversy team is growing, and we're looking for a talented Solicitor to join our Melbourne office. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside internationally recognised Partners and tax specialists, advising leading Australian and multinational clients on complex, high-profile tax controversy matters.
You’ll gain exposure to a broad mix of tax controversy work, including in ATO reviews and audits, objections and litigation. You’ll work on sophisticated matters spanning all industries, particularly technology, energy and infrastructure, all while collaborating with colleagues across Australia and our global network.
You may already have experience in tax advisory, tax disputes, litigation or broader commercial law and are looking to deepen your expertise in this highly specialised area. You'll bring:
