Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $5,420.20, $4,249.20 - $4,854.80, $4,742.40 - $5,704.20
Hours per fortnight: 80 Hours (including an ADO every 4 weeks)

As the Clinical Manager for the HOPE program within Bendigo Health's Mental Health and Wellbeing Service - ETP, you will provide clinical leadership and guidance in a senior clinician role. You'll oversee key areas such as psychiatric triage, intake, assessment, treatment, and psycho-education, ensuring high clinical standards and effective resource use. The role involves mentoring junior clinicians, fostering collaborative care with network partners, and driving system improvements to better support vulnerable, high-risk consumers. Your leadership will help shape service delivery, optimize program objectives, and enhance team performance.

The Mental Health Service provides psychiatric care and treatment across a large catchment area in Victoria stretching from Swan Hill in the north of the state to Gisborne in the south.
