At Metro Mix Concrete, we’re on the lookout for motivated and dependable HR Agitator Drivers to join our busy operation. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being on the road, and want consistent hours with great earning potential — we want to hear from you.
What We Offer
Full-Time Positions Available
Excellent Pay Structure:
$33.50 p/h base (plus weekly performance bonus)
$45.00 p/h after 7.6 hours worked
Saturdays $45.00 p/h for the first two hours $60.00 p/h thereon
Weekly Performance Bonus: +$1.50 p/h on all hours worked
Overtime Available
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: Start time between 5:00am & 7:30am - Typically 8-10hrs
Saturday: Start time between 5:00am & 7:30am - Typically 4-6hrs
Drive modern, fully automatic, well-maintained trucks
About the Role
As a Concrete Agitator Driver, you will:
Deliver premixed concrete across Melbourne
Operate and maintain agitator trucks safely and efficiently
Assist with general yard and plant duties
Keep vehicles clean and presentable
Work as part of a supportive, team-focused environment
No agitator experience? No problem — full training provided
What We’re Looking For
Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence (minimum 2 years held)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Good communication skills
Commitment to safety (OH&S)
Ability to work independently
Must be available to work Saturdays
