We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly IT Support Technician to be embedded within one of our clients based in the Wynnum and Capalaba region.

\n

This role is as much about customer service and customer experience as it is about technical ability. The position will entail a range of support and client liaison tasks, including working from both Incito Head Office and our client locations.

\n

Hands on Pentana experience and knowledge will be a distinct advantage.

\n

Your own car and license is a must!

\n

Who Are We Looking For?

\n

Client Support - Service desk support in the Wynnum and Capalaba region.

\n

System Maintenance - Be involved in ongoing system maintenance including patching, updates and remedial works.

\n

Self Motivated - Being the embedded team member for a key client requires a mature attitude to task management and prioritisation.

\n

Team Player - Work as part of a team as well as individually.

\n

Customer Focussed - Ensure customers are extremely happy with our services.

\n

Why You?

\n

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following attributes:

\n

Experience in a customer-facing IT Support role;

\n

Minimum 1-2 years of customer-facing IT support experience is required.

\n

A strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, and applications, networking, general software and hardware, and Active Directory;

\n

Basic user management experience with Microsoft Active Directory is required.

\n

Installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers, printers and network equipment;

\n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills - for both digital correspondence and documentation.

\n

Great personal presentation - all staff are expected to be well presented.

\n

A strong customer focused approach - this role is almost entirely client-facing and you will be required to represent Incito in the best possible way.

\n

A strong work ethic and the ability to handle pressure and stressful situations.

\n

A great team player with a positive \"can do\" attitude.

\n

In addition:

\n

You must hold a valid Australian driver's license;

\n

Have unrestricted access to your own vehicle; and

\n

Some weekend and after hours work maybe required.
