\n About the opportunity:
\n The Project Delivery Coordinator reports to the Project Delivery Team Leader and is part of the Project Delivery team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to manage each customer from Consolidated Tender signing through to the completion of construction, delivering an exceptional customer experience while also adhering to timeframes. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
\n •Manage a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Completion of Construction
\n •Set clear expectations and guide customers through the pre-construction and construction process and timelines.
\n •Prepare, coordinate and deliver HIA contracts and related documentation
\n •Build strong customer relationships with proactive fortnightly phone updates
\n •Maintain accurate and up to date build files in the database including communications and milestone forecast.
\n •Provide proactive solutions to keep files progressing through pre‑construction.
\n •Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
\n •Manage customer concerns promptly using dispute resolution techniques.

\n •Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the residential construction industry, with KDR experience highly regarded
\n •A commitment to providing all customers with a professional and unbeatable customer experience
\n •Previous experience working in fast paced, high volume project coordination
\n •The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritising workloads
\n •Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
