We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to work directly with our founding team, learning the full in-house playbook: content creation, social media, campaigns and in-store events. This is a genuinely entry-level role — we care far more about your learning speed, your eye for a good shot, and your willingness to jump in than we do about a polished CV. If you can shoot and cut a clean 30-second reel on your phone and you're excited (not intimidated) by a fast-moving retail floor, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Help run our social channels day to day: scheduling, posting, community replies, and keeping the content calendar on track.

Support campaign and promo production — EDMs, in-store posters, POS signage and Canva assets — working alongside the Marketing Manager.

Help plan and execute in-store events: brand launches, KOL and media visits, VIP nights and community activations.

Coordinate content assets with our brand partners and keep the marketing asset library organised and on-brand.

Work cross-functionally with our Store Manager on visual merchandising tie-ins, and with our BD team on new brand launch content.

Pull together simple weekly performance snapshots (engagement, reach, content output) for the Marketing Manager.

General marketing admin — content calendar upkeep, shoot supplies, and support for our Silk Credit loyalty program comms.

About You (The Unicorn We Seek)

AI-Native: You don't just "know" AI; it’s your co-pilot.

Aesthetic Obsessive: You have "The Eye." You understand that a millimetre of white space or the wrong shade of gray can ruin a brand’s soul.

Growth Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity. You see a problem and say, "I'll figure it out," rather than "That's not my job."Organised, proactive, and doesn't need to be asked twice — retail moves fast, and so do we.

Hands-On Creator. Comfortable shooting and editing basic video — CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva Video or similar. You don't need to be a professional, just quick, capable, and ready to hit record.

Credentials Optional. Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field is a plus — but what actually gets you the job is proof you can learn fast without one.

Self-Starter. Language: Native or professional-level English is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but not a requirement. (given our cross-border tech ecosystem).
