We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to join our team in Chinchilla, Queensland.

\n

As part of the leadership team responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and maintenance activities across the region while developing strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for future growth.

\n

This is a Chinchilla-based position. Local applicants are encouraged to apply; however, relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities will include: \n

\n
• Asist with the safe and successful delivery of projects and contracts across the Chinchilla region.
\n
• Help oversee operational performance, workforce planning, project execution, and resource management.
\n
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for contract delivery.
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and legislative requirements.
\n
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.
\n

What will you bring: \n

\n
• Proven leadership experience within construction, maintenance, energy, infrastructure, resources, or heavy industry sectors.
\n
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, or pipeline works.
\n
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, estimating, and contract management.
\n
• Excellent organisational, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• A strong focus on safety, people leadership, and operational performance.
\n
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
\n
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
\n
• Full Australian working rights.
\n
