As an Assessment Quality Officer (AQO), you'll ensure accredited course assessment tools meet regulatory standards, working closely with educators. Your expertise will help identify gaps, refine assessment strategies, and develop compliant resources to enhance the student experience

Selected Duties:

• Provide specialised administrative support to create compliant assessment including document control and storage of resources.
• Ensure timely completion of assessment quality tasks within set deadlines.
• Collaborate with educators to refine and review assessment tools for compliance.
• Apply expert knowledge to enhance assessment resources and meet RTO standards.
• Provide specialist advice on assessment strategies, ensuring best practices.
• Support policy-aligned decisions while escalating complex issues as needed.

About you

You will bring:

• Relevant Diploma level qualification and demonstrated experience or suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
• Experience and knowledge in the use of templates and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Assessor Skills Set or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Experience working with and knowledge of Training Packages.
• Familiarity with assessment systems within the vocational education and training sector.
• Experience working within a Learner Management System (LMS) environment.

Successful applicants will be required to provide:

• A current National Police Check (issued within three months of commencement)
• A current Employee Working with Children Check (or evidence of application)
