About the role
The Project Coordinator provides high-quality coordination and administrative support to the wider Key Projects Delivery team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and within agreed timeframes. The role requires effective project planning, implementation and reporting while coordinating activities across internal teams, suppliers, customers and key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Manage smaller projects across the project life cycle under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager
Support Project Manager(s) in the KPD team to deliver key projects across the entire project life cycle from initiation to closure
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, schedules, registers, records and reporting requirements
Assist with project planning, milestone tracking, task allocation and monitoring of key deliverables
Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project outcomes
Prepare project status updates, reports, presentations and other management information as required

Assist with identifying project risks, monitoring controls and ensuring project activities align with relevant processes, policies and requirements
Maintain accurate project information across relevant systems and Microsoft applications, including Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Planner/Project and Teams
About you
2+ years' experience in project coordination, project administration or a similar coordination/support role
Experience supporting projects, business operations or process improvements in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines
Experience preparing project documentation, reports, schedules and meeting records
Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong analytical, problem-solving and follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Planner & Project and Microsoft Teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
