Let’s make a meaningful difference, together!**Your part in our Buderim Hospital team**You will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care within your scope of practice to individuals and their families, supporting clinical staff as directed to achieve an environment for optimal patient outcomes.You'll complete a range of non-clinical support tasks, providing support to the Specialists and Clinical Staff, delivering an exceptional patient-centred experience by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team.**What makes a difference for us?**- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or completed 1st Year Bachelor or Nursing studies- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster- Knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety practices- Minimum of 12 Months' experience in an acute/hospital setting- Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment**What makes a difference for you?*** **NFP Salary Packaging:** Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum.
