\nAbout the Role \n

Reporting to the Senior Payroll and Systems Lead, you will contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely end-to-end payroll services across RSL Care SA. Working within the Finance Team, you will process fortnightly payroll, maintain employee records and entitlements, complete reconciliations and reporting, and respond to payroll enquiries from employees and managers. This position will play an important role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately and in accordance with relevant legislation, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, organisational policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will bring established payroll experience within a complex organisation, along with strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements. You will be confident interpreting Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, as well as using payroll systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. With a strong focus on accuracy, you will be highly organised, able to manage competing deadlines and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder relationship skills will also be important to your success in this role – to be able to liaise with internal stakeholders who have queries about the end-to-end payroll process.
