We’re looking for warm, flexible and reliable Casual Qualified Educators to join our team.

About our North Parramatta campus \n

At North Parramatta, my day feels homely, calm and close to the community. I arrive at a heritage building on Isabella Street, near Parramatta CBD, parks and buses. My campus feels like a little cottage tucked into a busy part of Sydney.

\n

I learn in three indoor spaces and play in outdoor areas for each room, with a nursery verandah, climbing equipment and herb and vegetable gardens. The grown‑ups help me settle, notice what I need and support my family through each stage. This is where I feel safe, seen and truly at home.

About the role \n

I need safe, kind grown‑ups around me, even when the day is busy or different.

\n

As a Casual Qualified Educator , you will support rooms across the campus, bringing warmth, flexibility and care into children's routines, play and learning.

What you'll do \n

• My day feels steadier when you step into my room with warmth, calm and confidence.

• My routines feel familiar when you support meals, rest, transitions, hygiene and personal care.
\n
• My play keeps growing when you join in, notice what I am curious about and help learning feel safe.
\n
• My room feels supported when you build positive relationships with children, families and educators.
\n
• My day still feels calm when you adapt quickly across different rooms, ages and routines.
\n
• My safety matters every shift, so child safe practice, supervision and inclusive care are always part of what you do.
\n

What you'll bring \n

\n
• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or approved equivalent.
\n
• 6 months' Early learning experience
\n
• Flexibility, reliability and a positive attitude.
\n
• Warm communication with children, families and teams.
\n
• Understanding of supervision, routines and child safe practices.
\n
• Confidence adapting across rooms and age groups.
\n
• A Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
\n
