Job Description \n

As a Retail Buyer's Agent, you'll be embedded in an Aussie Store, working closely with mortgage brokers and in-store teams to convert finance- approved customers into successful property purchases.

Think of this as your own territory and referral engine, backed by brand, tech, and trust.

You’ll \n

  • Work closely with finance-ready clients to understand their property needs
    • \n
  • Source suitable properties from on-market, pre-market, and off-market channels
    • \n
  • Conduct due diligence and property research
    • \n
  • Lead negotiations and manage the buying process from start to finish
    • \n
  • Build strong working relationships with industry stakeholders
    • \n
  • Deliver outstanding service that earns client trust and repeat business
    • \n
  • Partner with brokers to understand client goals and timing
    • \n
  • Run buyer strategy sessions and tailor property briefs
    • \n

You’ll Bring \n

  • A Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent)
    • \n
  • Proven success managing 20+ end-to-end residential transactions
    • \n
  • Established networks to source off-market and pre-market opportunities for your clients
    • \n
  • Strong knowledge of your local market and buyer psychology
    • \n
  • Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes
    • \n
