We're looking for an experienced Global Senior Communications Adviser (internal) who can bring together great writing, digital channels, employee engagement and strong project delivery.

\n

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both creating communication and making things happen.

\n

You'll play an important role in how our staff and parent community experience information across a global organisation. You'll improve our internal digital platforms and work with stakeholders to implement new ones. You'll also enjoy supporting projects and helping teams communicate effectively across the organisation.

\n

This is a global role, and you'll bring both the mindset and the practical skills to communicate across regions and audience groups.

What you'll do

\n

Own and improve our internal communication channels and platforms

\n

\n
• Manage and continuously improve our internal communication digital platforms and channels across a global network.
\n
• Ensure content is clear, accessible, engaging and relevant to our staff and parents wherever they are in the world.
\n
• Develop content standards, processes and governance to keep our channels effective and consistent globally.
\n

Create communications that people connect with

\n

\n
• Develop and deliver audience-led communication plans and content that support business priorities, strategy and key communication objectives.
\n
• Write, edit and produce engaging internal communications across a range of channels and global audiences.
\n
• Turn complex information into simple, audience focused content, whether that's for staff, leaders or our parent community.
\n

Support projects and change

\n

\n
• Work as a communications partner across organisational projects and initiatives, including those with global reach and cross regional impact.
\n
• Support communications plans, timelines, stakeholder maps and content schedules.
\n
• Keep documentation up to date, identify issues and risks early and confidently raise them with the right people.
\n

\n

About you

\n

You're a strong communicator who combines excellent writing skills with practical project delivery capability. You're comfortable working across a global organisation and understand how to adapt your approach to different audiences, including employees, leaders and parents.

\n

You'll bring

\n

\n
• At least 5 years' experience in internal communications, employee engagement, organisational communications or a similar field, in a complex environment.
\n
• Excellent written communication and editing skills.
\n
• Experience managing intranet and other internal communication platforms (bonus if you have experience with Workvivo!).
\n
• Experience developing communications for different audiences and channels, including parent or community audiences.
\n
• Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering projects.
\n
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a genuine interest in employee experience, and community connection.
\n
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others, including globally distributed teams.
