The contractor is engaged to lead the product design and UX optimisation of greenslips.com.au and healthslips.com.au, to ensure clear and effective user experiences that deliver conversions. The websites are complex in structure and functionality, involving large volumes of content and divergent user journeys. You will work closely with the team to shape and implementnew ideas,featuresand opportunities — using modern design and AI-assisted tools to design, prototype and iterate fast, while ensuring the highest quality.

C. Detailed outline of services to be provided \n

\n
• Digital product designer leading our UX and UI,demonstratingcreativity and reasoningforhighly functional solutions to achieve our strategic business outcomes.
\n
• Figma mastery, including organising assets in a coherent, logical structure that others can access and understand.
\n
• Confident using UX tools (MS Clarity, Lyssna etc) to test, document, validate and recommend product optimisation.
\n
• Confident using AI tools as part of the design process e.g. Figma AI, Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude etc, to accelerate research, synthesis and variations, while applying critical judgement to AI rather than accepting it at face value.
\n
• Understanding of how to design for AI-driven personalisation and conversational or assistant-style interfaces (e.g. chat-based comparison tools, AI-generated recommendations), and how these patterns are reshaping best-practice UX in comparison and insurance websites.
\n
• Capacity to interrogate data to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.Drive data-based decisions.
\n

• creating pixel-perfect, production-quality assets for development

• maintaining an immaculate design system within Figma
\n
• collaborating with managers and developers to ensure UX/UI seamlessly evolves into the best product for users

• Proven experience working at a senior level in UX/UI.
\n
• Professional workingenvironment and technology to fulfil the role.

• Exceptional documentation for clear presentations with robust reasoning.

• Excellent time management, and capacity to work at pace.
\n
• Accurate and logical reporting for data-led decisions to inform product optimisation.

• Strong communicator and team player, able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Confident working with AI tools as part of a modern designworkflow and staying current with emerging AI-driven UI and UX trends.

E. Terms of engagement \n

\n
• The engagement is an independent contractor arrangement.
\n
• The Contractor will invoice monthly in arrears for services provided, including timesheet, and must hold a valid ABN (or ACN).
\n
• Services are estimated at approximately 20-30 hour per week. The Contractor retains discretion as to how and when the services are performed, subject to agreed deliverables and deadlines.
\n
• The Contractor is responsible for their own taxation and insurance obligations.
\n
• The Contractor will provide their own equipment and tools necessary to perform the services.
\n
• The Contractor may provide services to other clients, provided this does not create a conflict of interest.
\n
• The contractor will be available on specific days/hours to meet roleobjectivesand to work with stakeholders.
\n
• The contractor will be Sydney based and able to meet with stakeholders at least weekly in our Sydney CBD office for collaboration/project collaboration.
