Think Asia Group is seeking part time, full-time or casual QSR All Rounders to join our vibrant Think Asia venue at Melbourne Airport. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment, and love creating memorable experiences. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll support the Manager & Head Chef in driving daily operations, leading a high-energy team, and elevating service standards. Your contribution will help shape the venue’s success and position it as a standout destination for travellers and food lovers alike.
Its termed "All Rounders" as while you will predominantly be working FOH and customer facing, the FOH team also assists with Soup Noodle Making, Yum Cha Steaming, Bubble Tea, stocking & deliveries to name a few.

What will you do?
Assist in managing day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction
Champion exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
Ensure compliance with OH&S and food safety standards
Promote and celebrate our food and beverage offering, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and guests are engaged
More about you
Proven experience within a busy cafe or restaurant setting
Energetic, guest-focused and self-motivated with strong leadership skills
Skilled in team development, recruitment and performance coaching
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
