Role Description: The Insolvency Intermediate or Senior role will support the delivery of corporate insolvency and restructure engagements, including Small Business Restructures, liquidations, and general advisory work. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial and statutory investigations, preparing statutory reports and correspondence, and assisting with asset realisations and creditor distributions. The role involves regular communication with directors, creditors, legal advisors, and referral networks, as well as maintaining accurate case files and compliance documentation.
